Birmingham Edgbaston MP opens first Banking Hub in Birmingham

Local MP Preet Kaur Gill has officially opened the new Banking Hub on Harborne High Street.

After campaigning for years against bank closures on the High Street, Preet Kaur Gill attended the opening of the new hub which will provide accessible banking facilities for residents.

The Hub has been delivered by Cash Access UK and will provide shared banking services, allowing residents to make cash withdrawals, cash deposits, pay utility bills, check account balance and collect change. Customers will also be able to speak directly with community bankers from major banks on dedicated days throughout the week.

Preet Kaur Gill MP for Birmingham Edgbaston said, “I am delighted after meeting with cash access and five years of campaigning we have a banking hub on Harborne High Street.

For years I have campaigned against bank closures, from Santander to Lloyds, it has been a continuous cycle of closures which have impacted residents who rely on High Street banks.

Residents have regularly spoken to me about bank closures and the impact it has had on their lives, particularly for elderly people and local businesses. With residents being forced to make longer journeys to the city centre to simply access their cash.

After years of campaigning, I am thrilled the Harborne Banking Hub is open. It is an exciting addition to one of Birmingham’s most thriving and vibrant High Streets.

I am proud to have worked with residents to secure this outcome and honoured to officially open the hub.”

Gareth Oakley, CEO, Cash Access UK commented, “I’m happy to announce the opening of our Harborne hub, ensuring crucial access to cash and face-to-face banking services for residents and businesses across the community. The way we bank and pay for things is changing, which is why we are rolling out solutions including banking hubs as well as deposit ATMs that help small businesses to readily bank cash.

Customers can visit any day of the week for their everyday banking transactions, and if you have a specific or more complex enquiry for your bank, a community banker will be there to help on the day they’re in the hub."

The Banking Hub is now open on 93a High Street, Harborne from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

A community banker will be available at the hub throughout the week, with representatives from different UK banks offering face-to-face support to customers.

Doing a 'workflow tools under $0' video next month.

Text-to-panorama AI is going in the b-roll segment — covers the 'I need a sci-fi corridor by Tuesday' use case decently.

My brother sent me https://roulette4fun.co.uk/games/deal-or-no-deal-roulette/ after we talked about how great it is when web pages load cleanly without heavy background graphics slowing down the browser. I opened the site on my laptop during a short afternoon break while replacing keycaps on a custom keyboard. The interface felt remarkably agile, shifting between different areas smoothly without any frustrating delays. I really appreciated how sensible and orderly the layout was, making the whole visit completely hassle-free. It proved to be a subtle, high-quality online space that offered a great mental reset before getting back to my desk setup.

The other day I was reading a discussion on a UK forum where people were sharing their thoughts on different online platforms they use. What caught my attention was that the conversation wasn't focused on promotions or rankings—it was about real user experience. People talked about clear navigation, https://24playcasino.uk/ fast-loading pages, mobile compatibility, and how easy it was to find what they needed. Reading through those comments reminded me that honest feedback about usability and convenience is often far more valuable than any standard review.

Hello folks. My sister told me about this platform after she won some money on a jackpot slot here. She knows I have a strict budget when I play. I signed up and set my deposit limits, which was very easy to do in the user dashboard. I then played a few lower-stakes jackpot games. The minimum bets were very affordable, allowing me to play for a long time. I didn't hit the big one, but I had a lot of fun trying. It is great to see a UK-facing site that promotes responsible gambling so effectively. I feel very safe playing at funky jackpot casino.

A quiet housemate of mine shared smooth spins with me after seeing me utterly overwhelmed by the emotional drain of a sudden breakup and the headache of changing apartments. One restless night, while staring at the bare walls of my new room and unable to sleep, I pulled up the site on my phone. The entire layout is incredibly straightforward and intuitive, with no complicated submenus or hidden links that make you feel lost. I grabbed a cold bottle of sparkling water, leaned back against the wall, and felt a wave of relaxation take over as I easily tapped through the clean sections. It was the most peaceful, straightforward distraction I could have asked for during such a chaotic time…
